Sales
We generate and qualify inbound and outbound prospects, delivering a healthy pipeline to feed your sales operation.
- We look to build fast localised revenue growth, and achieve breakeven on our service within 12 months;
- Our initial step will be to establish revenue KPIs with leadership team, followed by agreeing a revenue plan aligned with P&L
- We will then target fast track wins via any existing pipeline, or work alongside Lead Generation teams to ensure flow of qualified opportunities.
- Finally, we will ensure full visibility with weekly sales and pipeline updates.
DELIVERABLES
Dedicated sales team comprised of Sales Director, SaleS Manager and Account Manager. For tech products this will also include a Solutions Engineer.
COMMITMENT
Minimum contract duration of 6 months.
TIME TO DELIVER
Ongoing. But we expect a 3 month ramp up period, and for you to break-even on our services within the first 12 months.
